Scope of service
IMSPro provides institute-management software and may provide setup, configuration, training, hosting guidance or support where stated in a written proposal.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate institute information, managing authorised user access, keeping hosting credentials secure and maintaining appropriate backups of their operational data.
Third-party services
Domain names, hosting, messaging providers, payment gateways and other external services may involve separate charges and their own terms. They are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Custom work and support
Custom features, data migration, integration work and ongoing maintenance are scoped separately. Timelines and pricing depend on the agreed requirements.
Software ownership
Ownership, source-code transfer and resale rights depend on the selected plan and the written agreement. A standard installation does not automatically grant exclusive source-code ownership.
