When you contact IMSPro, we may collect the information you provide, such as your name, institute name, contact details and the requirements you share with us.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, plan product demonstrations, prepare a proposal, provide requested support and improve the service relationship.
Institute data
Student, fee, attendance and staff information entered into an IMSPro deployment belongs to the institute using the system. The institute is responsible for using the software lawfully and for controlling access to its own user accounts.
Security approach
IMSPro uses role-aware access controls and application safeguards designed to reduce unauthorised access and protect operational data. No internet-connected system can promise absolute security, so hosting credentials, software updates and backups should be managed responsibly.
